Marta Stražičić
South East London–based Croatian artist working across immersive media, 3D animation, digital sculpture, and moving image.
Her practice explores speculative worldbuilding, digital craft, identity, and contemporary folklore through hybrid visual languages that merge cinematic storytelling with emerging technologies.
Marta holds a Master’s degree in New Media (cum laude) from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and is a VFX alumna of The Animation Workshop in Denmark. She previously worked as a 3D Generalist at PatchXR and spent three years as Lead 3D Artist at Tribute Brand.
Her work bridges art and technology through immersive visual experiences, experimental workflows, and collaborative interdisciplinary practice.
In 2026, she received 2nd Place for Best Animation in the SideFX Mardini Awards.
Alongside her artistic practice, Marta co-runs Pirate Sheep Honey Venture, a small meadery project based in Croatia. Outside the studio, she balances long hours behind the screen with tennis, long-distance running, and an accidental 2019 Croatian women’s doubles padel title.
Collaborations
Marta has contributed to projects for internationally recognised artists and creative studios, with work presented across digital art festivals, exhibitions, and immersive media platforms.
